Simplicity seasoned with winter flair!

I did mention that prints have brought life to the winter or colder seasons..! Gone are the days of dull cold days. This is not an expressive post but one which will share how I wore my tribal inspired woolen winter mini different for two separate occassions at different temperatures on the same day.

Earlier on this day I was rushing to the mall to make quick final buy of the things my Salfordian girls and I needed for the planned suprise picnic for one of us who was getting married. She is already two weeks into marriage now. Congratulations once again my sweethearts. Blessing to both you and your prince charming. We love you!

Our lovely (then) bride to be after the make-up and styling trial she did with me. Well I couldn't attend the wedding as it was in Botswana, whilst I was here in Manny, so did not do her final day make-up but we could play prior to the day and test how comfortable she'd be with it as she is preferably a natural babe. I must add that it was fun and we snapped awaa few fun pics that came handy during the pamper the bride session and she loved it.
It was a sunny yet very cold day (typical confused weather) so I rocked a woolen short skirt with tights and a coat. Of course I couldn't forget a pair of shades with that kind'a sun. on the way to the shops. I stole a moment to pose for a few shots and was worth it..!

Now that you saw how the me from the earlier part of the day looked like, came the picnic time. The theme was to simply to be bright in different colours of our choice. So because navy was simply not bright at all.. I lost the coat and threw in a white mini blazer. Also changed my pair of shades to complement the change. This was my version of bright and also to match the now warmed up weather. It was major fun and the day was successful and our friend was happy so were we.
